Of great importance to us is our ongoing relationships with both our client
firms and our candidates. The FEL Group
is known for conducting multiple searches for our client firms, and our
candidates become part of our ever-expanding contact base. During our work on
any one specific search, we come across talented individuals who may or may not
"fit" the profile for that search. One of our services to our client firms is to
identify these individuals and let our clients know about them for future or
additional staffing decisions.

We maintain a data bank of individuals who are interested in hearing about
opportunities as they arise, but we also identify individuals who may be
interested in making a more immediate change. These individuals, as our current
clients know all too well, are not actively seeking alternative positions by
responding to advertisements or other non-agency search vehicles. In identifying
these individuals and maintaining their confidentiality and dignity through an
employment move, The FEL Group
has served a number of our client firms by recruiting for them
some unexpected and very welcome talent.

Our search process is careful and thorough, and we conduct our own contact-based
"background" referrals when searching for candidates. (At the request of our
client, we also offer a background check for credential verification and other
verification needed by the client. This service is offered through a third-party
company which provides a written report directly to us and our client company.)

In addition to the credential verification service,
The FEL Group
has a number of "contact resources" which will enable us to give full service to
our client throughout the search and placement process. Our consultants work on
the premise that once our client firm has made a candidate an offer and that
offer has been accepted, the FEL staff are halfway through the process.
We support and organize all the details necessary to make sure the candidates
transition, orientation and relocation needs are met.

While The FEL Group has
no financial or interdependent link with any one company, our years of
experience has put us in touch with professionals in a number of fields such as
moving companies, real-estate networks etc. We assist in and monitor any
situation, up until the moment our candidate checks in to work on his or her
first day with the new firm. We then follow up on their progress and
satisfaction through the first ninety days with the new company.
